I have never tried pasta carbonara. I have this fear that it will taste too egg-y and I’m not a fan of runny eggs. But everybody says it’s so good and I completely believe them. It’s just my dumb fear that’s stopping me. But you know what, I have this newly found guts to make ‘em at home & I will use this recipe. See all that garlic. MMMM.
